Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in
owners being charged a full fee for reserved services.
Those who are late will pay $10 for every 15 minutes late, according to our office clock. Dogs not picked up by 7:30 pm will be kept overnight at your expense of $45 + the cost of daycare.
Send a friend to The Pampered Pooch and when they attend their first day of daycare you will receive a $20 credit on your account towards future services.
